Nearby Activites
The Lodge is close to a large number of outdoor activities. Located in the Black Hills is a large wooded forest with many hiking trails and scenic views to explore. Along with more exciting activities such as horseback riding and ATV off-roading experiences.
Distanced Activities
There is a lot to offer if you are willing to drive a longer distance. Check out Mt. Rushmore (1 hour) or head to the natural phenomenon of Devil's Tower (46 minutes). A day trip to the Badlands is also worth the trip (1hour 48 minutes).
Deadwood
The closest town is the lively and historic Deadwood. A city that is bound to have many events going on since this will be Labor Day Weekend. Ask Remy and her family for some good restaurant recommendations in town!

The Lodge and an alternative option
Main Living Room
This is the main living room of the Motherload Lodge. Plenty of space for everyone and great views from the back porch. There are additional rooms that have games and leisure activities.
King with Full Trundle Bedroom
This is the highest price room at $135 (King) and $115 (Full Trundle) per person total for all three nights. Its has its own private bathroom. Every bedroom and bathroom is slightly different but quite similar. You can see more of the other bedrooms on the lodge's website.

Queen Murphy Bedroom
A very spacious room at the price of $100 per person total for all three nights. Unfortunately, there is no private bathroom. But down the hall you will be able to use the public restroom. And since most guests have thier own bathroom, it won't be very busy!
Queen Bunkbed Bedroom
The largest room with the most guests. There are two private bathrooms in this room. And yes, each bunkbed is a queen mattress on the bottom and top! Also the cheapest room coming in at $95 per person total for all three nights.
Alternative option
The Lodge at Deadwood.
Another option we suggest if you are more comfortable in a private space. This is seperate from the Motherload Lodge and you would be responsible for booking the room and transportaion. You can also recieve a discount if you mention The Pustejovsky Reception!
